Chamber Music Charleston is excited to announce their return to the historic Dock Street Theatre for the critically acclaimed Ovation Concert Series. The season opens on Sunday, September 24 with a program of music for strings featuring Violinist Daniel Ching of the Miró Quartet and Cellist Alan Rafferty of the Cincinnati Symphony performing alongside the musicians of Chamber Music Charleston. The program will give a nod to Italy with two pieces by composers who were entranced by that country: Hugo Wolf’s “Italian Serenade” and Tchiakovsky’s “Souvenir de Florence.”
