A 22-year tradition in the Tri-County area, Trident United Way’s Days of Caring brings together hundreds of nonprofit agencies and schools with thousands of volunteers for three days to improve our community. Trident United Way’s Days of Caring is the largest community initiative in the area. We match nonprofit agencies and schools with volunteer teams that help advance their mission and build capacity—all while strengthening partnerships and fostering community volunteerism.
Organizations with a 501c3 nonprofit status are welcome to submit a project request to participate. Religious organizations that provide community outreach programs, such as food pantries or address education, financial stability and health impact areas, may also submit project requests that support these programs. These projects may be in-person, virtual or remote project opportunities.
