The annual Halloween costume contest for dogs with local celebrity judges and great prizes is held during Second Sunday on King Street. Watch the courageous K9 Unit of the Charleston Police Department demonstrate how they keep our city safe and meet Watson & Holmes, the hero horses of the Mounted Patrol. The furtastic day is filled with surprises and benefits the CPD’s K9 Unit and public safety initiatives through the LENS Foundation.
