Fleet Landing’s Cook the Book Party
Charleston’s iconic waterfront restaurant, Fleet Landing, will be hosting an intimate Cook the Book Party – a hands-on tasting and demo experience showcasing beloved recipes from their new cookbook- on Wednesday, December 17 from 5:30-7:30pm.
Hosted in the Charleston Wine + Food Test Kitchen on Rutledge, Fleet fans and Charleston locals will get to peek behind the curtain as executive chef Andy McLeod teaches them how to prepare Fleet Landing’s best-selling Seafood Pasta, while also enjoying fresh local oysters from Jeff Spahr of Charleston Oyster Company, curated wine selections from Mission Grape, and appetizers and dessert recipes straight from The Fleet Landing Cookbook (Lump Crab Bruschetta and Key Lime Pie).
Tickets are available for $75 and include food, drink, and a copy of The Fleet Landing Cookbook. Don’t miss this opportunity to step into the kitchen and meet the folks behind the 20-year-old Charleston staple, while learning insider tips on recreating some of their most beloved recipes at home.
