Stephan Asseo has been crafting some of the most balanced wines from Paso Robles since 1998, and it is no secret that Ty is an avid collector of these rare bottles. This is a truly bespoke experience where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a side-by-side comparison of the winery’s top cuvees. We look forward to showing you why these wines have earned top accolades from critic Jeb Dunnuck, even 100 points.
Join us as we welcome our Co-Founder, Ty Raju, who will provide a night of education and personal winery stories as we taste and pair these wines with culinary creations from our BENE Hospitality Culinary Team.
