Lowcountry Impressions Tommy Beaver Artist Reception

Tommy’s journey into painting began about 20 years ago, after years of being an avid art collector. Surrounded by the work of others, he found himself inspired to pick up the brush and create his own.

Drawn to the charm and character of Charleston and the Lowcountry, Tommy focuses much of his work on the region he deeply admires. His loose, impressionistic style—rich with texture—is all about capturing the mood and energy of a moment, rather than just the scene itself.

Tommy now lives and works in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, where his studio serves as both a creative space and a peaceful retreat.

Opening Artist Reception May 2 5-8 pm. Show runs the entire month of May.
