The 22nd Annual Moms’ Run + Family Fun Day

The 22nd Annual Moms’ Run + Family Fun Day is set for Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Philip Simmons High School, marking a major milestone as Postpartum Support Charleston celebrates 25 years of supporting local moms.

This annual event features a 5K run/walk and a 1 mile walk option, ensuring fun and participation for all fitness levels. Proceeds from the event directly fund Postpartum Support Charleston’s mission to provide vital maternal mental health resources, peer support groups, and community connections to moms facing postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD.

Time: 8:00 a.m. (Kids Dash begins at 7:45 a.m.)

Registration Fees – Sign Up Before Prices Go Up

$30 for adults (5K) | $30 adults with stroller | $20 for kids – Price increases after March 30

$20 for 1 mile walk

$15 for Kids Dash

Family Fun Day follows the race, featuring a kids’ activity area, scavenger hunt, photo booth, and family-friendly vendors. All Fun Day activities are included with race registration, making it a can’t-miss event for the whole family.
