One of our favorite weeks is just around the corner: Charleston Restaurant Week. Set for Sept. 4-15, it’s the perfect way to kick off the fall season, celebrate the kids being back in school and indulge in a new Charleston restaurant (actually, this week try at least eight).
Put on by the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association Inc., dozens of restaurants participate by offering prix fixe menus consisting of three items for one price ($20, $30 or $40). Restaurants like 82 Queen and Lowcoutry Bistro are even offering lunch specials.
Charlestowne Hotels will be offering up to 20% off nightly accommodations during Charleston Restaurant Week as well. Learn more and get the full list of Charlestowne Hotels around the Charleston area.
So if you’ve been wanting to check out some of Charleston’s most upscale restaurants, this is the ideal time. You can get a delicious meal at a good price at places like Circa 1886, Peninsula Grill, Cypress, Oak Steakhouse, The Macintosh, Tristan and Middleton Place Restaurant. Even SpiritLine Cruises is offering a special for its dining cruise. Check out all the participating restaurants and their select Restaurant Week menus.
We’d love to hear about the restaurants you visit and see some delicious food photos. Share with us via Facebook and Twitter.
